What we collect
- Order information: name, email, shipping address and order contents, so we can fulfil your order and send updates.
- Payment: processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Site usage: anonymous analytics (pages viewed, scrolling, device type) via cookies and similar technologies, used to improve the site.
Cookies & advertising
We use analytics tools (PostHog, Vercel Analytics) and advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to understand site performance and measure our ads. These may set cookies or receive events such as page views, add-to-cart, and purchases. You can limit tracking with your browser settings or ad preferences on the relevant platforms.
How we use your information
- To process, ship, and support your orders.
- To send order updates, and marketing emails only if you've opted in (unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve the store and measure advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that run the store: Shopify (checkout & payments), our shipping and fulfilment partners, and the analytics/advertising providers above. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing trycu29@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act and applicable overseas protections (including GDPR rights for EU visitors).
