The 60-day promise
Give CU29 a real try. If after using it you don't feel your skin is firmer, calmer or more hydrated, email us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if the bottle is empty. You don't need to ship anything back. One refund of this kind per customer; we just ask that you actually gave it a fair go.
30-day change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us to start a return. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Nothing needs to be shipped back.
How refunds work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Once approved, allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled anytime. Use the link in your order emails, or just contact us and we'll take care of it. Cancelling stops all future charges.
