Product renders and some lifestyle, demonstration and review-context imagery on this site are AI-generated or digitally staged and are illustrative only. Review text marked "verified" reflects genuine purchase feedback for the product. Before/after visuals are illustrations of the intended effect, not photographs of specific customers.
Product packaging & appearance
Every product image, render and piece of advertising we publish, on this site and in our ads, is an illustration of the product. Your order is fulfilled through our supply partners, so the item you receive may differ in its outer packaging, box, label or decal, and may arrive branded under a different name from the one shown. This does not change what is inside: it is the same GHK-Cu and SNAP-8 copper-peptide formula regardless of the exterior labelling. By placing an order you acknowledge that packaging and labelling may vary from the imagery shown. Your consumer-law rights (see Liability below) are unaffected.
Pricing, promotions & subscriptions
- Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Struck-through prices show our standard (original) list price.
- Discount codes apply where stated and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed price until cancelled. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime via your order emails or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Orders & payment
Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. We may cancel and refund any order (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues). You'll always get your money back if we do.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protections.
